AGM Roofing & Building is a sole trader based in Falkirk, Central Scotland, providing roofing and building services across Central Scotland. We are the data controller for any personal information you provide to us.

If you become a paying customer, our lawful basis for holding your contact details shifts to contract, since we need them to deliver the work and handle any follow-up or guarantee claims.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of third-party services that may process your information on our behalf as data processors:

• Formspree handles submissions from the contact forms on this website. Form data is sent to Formspree's servers and forwarded to our email inbox. See Formspree's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare hosts this website. Your IP address and basic request information are processed in order to deliver the site to your browser. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Email providers (such as our inbox and phone carrier) handle the messages you send us through those channels.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or marketing companies. We will only disclose your information where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for up to 12 months so we can follow up, answer questions, or provide a revised quote. If you become a customer, we keep job records for up to 6 years after the work is completed to meet tax and guarantee obligations. After those periods, we delete or securely archive the information.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set any cookies for advertising or tracking. If we enable website analytics in the future, we will use a privacy-friendly tool (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) that does not set cookies or track individuals.
