How We Diagnose a Roof Leak
Leaks are rarely where they look. Water enters at a high point, runs along battens, rafters, or felt, and drops through the ceiling somewhere entirely different. A patch over the damp patch fixes nothing.
Our approach is to work backwards from the symptom.
